Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Purelife full-time Cons: Too many hats worn in pertinent roles by unexperienced "sacred"employees. Not enough focus on customer satisfaction."

Current Employee - Customer Service says

"I have been working at Purelife full-time for less than a year Cons: HR Department is a joke. The company claims to be a start up, yet they’ve been in business for 8 years and are still relatively small in the game. The culture is not that of a start up company either. Don’t expect a more casual work environment. Dress is business casual. Also in listed benefits there are several they “offer” which are untrue, most appealing to me were working from home and saying it was a pet friendly office. Come to find out these are just some of their lies."

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says

"I worked at Purelife full-time for more than 3 years Cons: Overly political environment; one very unprofessional employee makes the work day unenjoyable and spreads lots of uninformed gossip. Not to mention declining morale....once people leave, the owners don't replace them right away (if ever), passing on the burden to other employees."

Senior Marketing Manager (Former Employee) says

"I learned a lot and did a plethora of marketing activities across many channels. Leadership was lacking toward the end and very negative culture and nearly no work life balance"
